Midtown Athletic Club in Chicago is by far the leading Cardio Tennis program in the United States.
We surpassed 10,000 participants in the past year and we recently hosted the first- ever Level 2 Cardio Tennis Coaches Training Program.
Member Jen Lee shares with us how participation in Cardio Tennis revived her tennis game:
"After a 20+ year hiatus from playing tennis, I joined Midtown about 6 months ago. My hope was to get back into the sport and to play a couple times a week as a change to my existing workout routine.
A few weeks into my membership, I was introduced to Cardio Tennis. I began taking one class a week. I quickly moved up to to two, then three, and now I take a Cardio Tennis class every day when my schedule allows.
It's not often that you find a workout you look forward to. Cardio Tennis offers so many things: a great calorie-burning workout, friendly competition, and a fun and social outlet. It has also allowed me to get my game back quickly by having consistent playing time, a variety of players/levels to play with, and a rotation of games/drills to work on different skills.
I see a tremendous difference in my game since starting Cardio Tennis, and I recommend it to anyone at the club, at any level. There is something for everyone."
