Let’s face it. 2020 forced us all into neutral. With so many obstacles in the way, it was difficult to grow and improve at the rate many of you demand from yourselves. However, your willingness and determination to adapt your routines can’t be diminished. Your victories are contagious and no doubt inspire others around you.
But now is the perfect time to wipe the slate clean, and reaffirm your commitment to yourself and others to push forward, and raise the bar on your progress. Voltage
Tracking your endurance and recovery can be extremely motivating, but it doesn’t have to be a solo activity. Voltage is a scientifically backed HIIT program where you’ll push yourself and those around you through intense cardio and strength movements to maximize results.
Gravity
If you think you need equipment for an efficient session that will absolutely empty your tank, think again. This program is new to our virtual lineup, and incorporates high intensity intervals with bodyweight only, to build muscle and burn calories. No Frills. No Equipment. No distractions.
IGNITE
Burn hot in this intense, muscle-sculpting mind+body program. This class combines a mindful Vinyasa feel with weights and cardio bursts to create an experience like no other.
