60-Day Transformation Challenge Results
This year’s group of 60-Day Transformation Challenge members from Midtown Athletic Club in Chicago were truly inspirational. They set goals and then demolished them by staying true to the program. Through participating in team and individual workouts, attending nutritional seminars, and meeting with their coaches, these members fulfilled their commitment to lead healthier lives and we couldn’t be more proud of them. Participants visited the club a whopping 3,007 times, averaging 2-to-3 visits per week per person. The greatest number of visits for one person, was 47 visits within the 60 days. Amazing! Midtown, you have changed me and everyone else who is involved in this competition for the better. You have changed our life focus to eat, sleep, and dream about fitness. You have made us all exercise more and eat healthier. You have indirectly lengthened all of our lifespans by having this competition. At one time working out felt like a chore, but now it is my favorite thing to do! Win or lose I absolutely feel like a winner. Throughout this competition I have learned habits that I will continue to use for the rest of my life and I wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart. "
