Celebrating a Healthy Pregnancy

Some of the best success stories we hear across all our clubs are those from new moms who work hard to achieve a healthy pregnancy through proper diet and safe workouts.
Our associates are highly trained and leaders in their respective fields, and frequently work with fit and active mothers-to-be to ensure that they're able to continue their workouts while making the necessary modications for their pregnancy.
Sonia Smith joined Windy Hill Athletic Club in August 2015 and wanted to stay healthy and active during her pregnancy. She swam lots of laps with Master Swim Coach, Keith Berryhill.
She recently sent us this note, and we couldn't be more thrilled:
"I want to personally thank you for helping me keep my goal of a healthy pregnancy. Although my due date wasn't until February 21, my little one decided to show up three weeks early (and two days after my last swim).
I honestly think he is going to be a swimmer. He has big hands and big feet, which will definitely come in handy if he decides to swim like his mommy.
I will be back to the club at the end of May. Thank you again for everything!"
Congratulations to the Smith family on the birth of Casey Gray Smith, born on Monday, February 1, 2016 at 1:57am. He weighed 6 pounds 12 ounces, and measured 19.5 inches.
We can't wait to welcome the whole family back to the club in just a few short months.
