Club Construction Update
The next phase of our club transformation is set to begin May 18 and it’s our goal to assure your ultimate enjoyment of the club during this busy and exciting time. To keep you informed, we want to share some important information and key dates while we temporarily relocate facilities during our construction. Introducing Midtown’s Newest Facility: Midtown 3 (Opens May 26) With upcoming changes to our existing facilities at Midtown’s Main Building and Building II, we need extra space to accommodate the renovations. Our solution is Midtown 3 (M3), a 4,500 sq. ft. facility located northwest of the Main Building on the corner of Elston and Leavitt. This space will serve as the temporary fitness location for Group Exercise, Cycling, Small Group Training, and Personal Training. M3 offers a dedicated parking lot, restrooms, and many customary Midtown amenities for your convenience. Upgrades in Progress: Building II (Beginning May 18; Closed June 1 – August 25) Building II will temporarily close on June 1 for facility and planned road construction projects on Elston Avenue. It will re-open on August 25 for the start of the fall tennis session with three new tennis courts, two new dedicated practice lanes, and three paddle courts. Key Dates: How the Renovations Affect You May 18 – 25 Building II

More Helpful Information
- Full locker room facilities remain available in our Main Building.
- Tennis lesson and program schedules will remain consistent.
- We recognize the construction will create some noise on the courts in Building II, so free random play will be offered weekdays from May 18-31, open until 4:00pm. Free random play will continue as customary in the Main Building on June 1.
- The Indoor Garage is taking shape and we are on schedule to complete this four level member parking facility September 2015.
Once construction of the new club is complete, all fitness facilities will be available in the Main Building. We appreciate your understanding and patience while we build the new club and will continue to do everything possible to make your Midtown experience enjoyable.
