Try-It Week: March 16-22, 2015
Next week is another "Try It" week for small group training, where you can sample one of our many classes for free in advance of the new session starting the week of March 22. Our new Feature Group Training Workout for the next session is Tred and Shred. This heart- rate monitored workout will include 25-30 minutes of cardiovascular interval training using treadmills and rowers, combined with 25-30 minutes of strength intervals utilizing free weights, Bosus, resistance bands, and med balls. By tracking your heart rate in specific heart rate zones, you'll see results faster. Wednesday (March 18) Tread Light, 9:00–10:00am (Lower-level intensity for the beginner shredder) Thursday (March 19) Tred and Shred, 9:00–10:00am Friday (March 20) Tred and Shred, 12:00–1:00pm In addition to our Feature Group Training Workout, Tred and Shred, we're offering the following classes, each of which is taught by one of our certified personal trainers.
